Our January Group Show, RED, reflects our desire to start with new year off with a big bang.  The color red symbolizes many things.  Historically, red has been associated with danger, sacrifice, and courage.  In modern times, red reflects heat, anger, passion, joy, and love.  In India, China and other Asian cultures, the color red symbolizes happiness and good fortune.

The AATM Artists were given the task to respond artistically to the word RED. Each 2-D and 3-D artist submitted two pieces of work that reflects the theme.  Some artists chose to be more abstracted, others more realistic.  One artist even decided to show his true colors as a U of U fan.
